Agar - agar Roti







Bahan-bahan ( loyang saiz 22 cm )

  • 1 peket agar - agar bertali - 20 gram
  • 6 cawan air
  • 200 gm gula pasir
  • 1 tin susu cair
  • 6 keping roti - Mas guna kulit roti sekali
  • 1 biji telur
  • 3 jenis pewarna
  • 1 sudu teh esen vanila

Cara-cara

  1. Roti dicarik2 dan disatukan dengan susu cair dan telur , apabila roti kembang, blender hingga halus.
  2. Agar - agar direndam sekejap kemudian toskan, satukan agar - agar dengan 6 cawan air dan masak hingga agar - agar hancur dan tapis. Masukkan semula kedalam periuk.
  3. Masukkan gula ikut manis sendiri, apabila gula sebati masukkan bahan - bahan yang diblender tadi. Kacau sekejap dengan api perlahan hingga mendidih sikit dan terus tutup api.
  4. Bahagikan ke-3 bahagian dengan tiap2 bahagian dibahagi sama banyak dan masukkan warna tiap2 bahagian tu dan kacau rata.
  5. Tuang 1 warna ditengah loyang hingga habis ( sekali tuang habis 1 warna ) dan diikuti dengan warna lain juga ditengah loyang, tak payah tunggu keras.

    Pizza simple


    Bahan-bahan ( 8 kpg bulatan 26 cm )

    * 1 kg tepung gandum
    * 1 cwn gula ising(kalau gula kisar 3/4 cwn saja)
    * 1 bungkus yis segera mauripan(11gm)
    * 1 botol mineral kecil air suam(500 ml)
    * 1 sudu besar rata garam
    * cili sos secukupnya
    * 1 bungkus atau lebih sosej lembu @ ayam-di hiris
    * 1 tin nenas ring dlm tin-dipotong kasar
    * bawang besar-potong dadu (akak x letak kali ni ats prmintaan bdk2
    * cendawan butang dlm tin (akk x letak sbb xde stock
    * mayonise lady's choice secukupnya

    Cara-cara

    1. campurkan garam & air suam2 kuku
    2. campurkan yis & tepung rata2.
    3. ramas dgn hujung jari butter bersama tepung td.tambah dgn air garam suam,agak2 la,uli hingga menjadi doh yg kenyal & licin.air tu x semestinya habis diguna.bila dh kenyal,bahagi doh jd 8 ketul.tutup dgn kain jarang yg lembab.biar ia mengembang lebihkurang 1 jam.

    ambil seketul doh,gelek atas permukaan yg ditabur sedikit tepung menjadi nipis lalu diletakkan diatas tutup periuk yg telah disapu mentega.sapu setiap permukaan doh leper tadi dgn cili sos rata2.biar ia mengembang sekali lg.(lebih kurang 1 jam @ lebih.x payah tutup.

    panas kan oven 170'c. tabur soseg,nenas & apa yg digemari diatas doh.(part ni anak2 akak paling suka buat).
    6. masukkan mayonise dlm plastik,gunting satu bucu nya.(gunting sikitje utk mayo keluar.pastu pancitkan secukup rasa keatas pizza kita...(akak pacit kn sikit cili sos juga)
    7. bolehlah dibakar..(akak bakar 2 biji sekali jalan) hingga msak.akak suka garing sikit..mayo tu akan mengeras & menghasilkan rasa yg agak flaky..nk check dasar roti pun mudah,angkat je ngn pisau sikit.

This is a sure fire way to get food stuck to the pan or dry it out. Paying too much attention to one dish while ignoring another is a definite recipe for disaster. Plan ahead and consider which items will take the longest to cook and which items need the most attention while cooking. This will help you determine what order to prepare each dish so that each gets the time it requires.

    Always use a timer! Rarely does an item take exactly the amount of time the recipe says it will, but that is usually at least a good place to start! Try setting your timer 5 or 10 minutes before the recipe says the dish should be done and check it. If it still isn't finished, you will have a good visual way to estimate how much more time is required. If it is done, you just saved yourself from burning it!
